Unable to cancell Cell C fibre

I have a cell c fibre account, which I have been trying to cancel since 6 November 2018. I have sold my house. First they gave me the incirrect email address, then on the 26th they gave me a new email. Today on the 6th pf December 2018 i am told that i have to cancel again. Now i have to wait again for cancellation this is now 30 days of cancellation and 3 attempts later. It does not look like cellc fibre can be cancelled.
