Unable to cancel insurance

<p>I am unable to contact either C Surance or Finrite insurance regarding the cancellation of my cell phone insurance.</p> <p>Aside from the fact that i'm furious that i am still being charged insurance that i'm sure I cancelled over two years ago, there seems to be no way of contacting C Surance to clear this up.</p> <p>I stopped recieving statements/ invoices over two years ago when I moved overseas. Which was i'm sure the point at which I apparently never actually cancelled my insurance.</p> <p>There is no email contact address for C Surance and their number places me on hold for an indeterminant amount of time (I have never got through to anyone)</p> <p>I have tried to sort this out through Finrite insurance as they seem to be linked, but no good that way either. I have either been 'transferred' to the 'infinite hold' or to a dead line.</p> <p>This level of difficultly for a client to contact an insurance provider is ridiculus.</p>
