Unable to cancel Contract with Cell C

I took out a contract 20g day 20G nite. But here is the problem. In Bethulie Cell C coveradge is very poor. i have logded lots of non coveradge forms and e-mailedto Cell C. I person phoned me from the service call centre and informed me to take the router to the nearest Cell C shop and then Cell C will cancel the contract with no chargers as the coveradge in Bethulie is a problem. I took the router to Cell C Lochlogan Bloemfontein Thursday 5/9/2018. and you won't believe the hassels frustration to get the contract cancelled. It takes 15 minutes to get a contract but you cannot cancel a contract with Cell C. I have sent e-mails now on Friday and a person named Swanepoel was supposed to contact me but nothing. PLease don't take a contract out with Cell c they are not prepared to help their clients stay away.
