Unable to cancel contract but continue billinng

Hi, i wonder if i will ever want to use your service , from the 17 on feb 2015 i have send email, call and am not getting any joy doing that, every time i send request to cancel my expired contracts i am told that am owing and i arrange for debit order to pay that outstanding amount, and i don't get any confirmation of payment or progress of cancellation, from 17 feb till last week when i made another call and upon that just receive another 2 statement saying you owing R74 and 94 but today 2 debit orders when off my account with the very same amount i was told to payment few weeks back. but statement received says the different and still billing me after a months of requesting cancellation. my last email and call was 16 march still no call or any communication but you guys just take my money extra without any guys explanation<br> <br>
