unable to cancel contract

i took a contract with cell c two years ago . my contract has expired and when i try to cancel it they hang up on me everyday and they want to debit my account every month At the store they cant help they say i took contract telephonically and i need to cancel it telephonically cell c is a joke and they service is getting worse day by day
