Unable to cancel contract

I have been trying to reach cellc in order to cancel my month to month data sim contract but I have not been able to reach the cancelations department. I have sent numerous emails but have not received a response. I have received my invoice and I still need to pay for it as it has still not been canceled. I have 4 contracts with Cellc but am considering moving to another network due to this.
