Unable to cancel contract

I've been trying to cancel my contract for the last few days. I went into the Tygervalley store and was told that they cant help me, I need to call the cancellations dept. Whenever I call cancellations, I hang on the line for 30 minutes and then get cut off. This has happened over and over and over. Customer service cant help me either. They wont even log a complaint in order for me to take it to the ombudsman because only the cancellations dept can log the complaint. How convenient! Meanwhile my contract is carrying on and theres no way for me to stop it.
