Unable to Cancel Cell C's Getmore services

Cell C ref ***. I called on the 23/01/2016 to cancel my GetMore services. I was told to call in a months time to the GetMore call centre on *** as Cell C cannot disable my subscription. I feel that is really ridiculous as to why me, as the client needs to call around to cancel my service with GETMORE. I have been trying for the past year to cancel it. I tried calling the above number only to discover that the number does not exist. I am getting billed every month for a service I am trying to cancel for the past year. I NEED IT CANCELLED NOW!!!!
