Unable to cancel Cell C contract
I have requested to cancel my Cell C contract on 02 May with no feedback except for the request being sent to the retentions department. Tried calling Cell c and after explaining what I needed I was transferred only for the line to be cut but before that I was given the direct line 084 143 - this number does work (as is in it just gives an engaged tone) so its pretty useless.
