Un happy with service ***

Good day<br> <br> I have reported my cell phone being damaged on the 3rd of August 2015, and till date no one has collected the item but received an sms stating my device has been booked in on Our Repair Management System and my reference was PRE650184, I have called on numerous occasion and spoken to various consultants and was send to customer service and was advised I would be contacted, regarding my cell phone and also was advised by the courier company that they will be coming to collect the phone and the courier is called Ram couriers but no one has come to collect and their is also so pathetic, but up to date no one has contacted me and this is now becoming so frustrating as I have this on my contract and I don't have another phone to use and paying for something that is of no use to me, I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving and I am new customer and lot of people advised me to take a contract with you and your service is now so pathetic. I have being given the run around. This is my worst experience with Cell C, very very poor and pathetic service, I just feel of cancelling my contract and will not be liable for any payment
