Un-Blacklisting issue
I've emailed Cell-C for nearly 7 weeks now, with no effect. I have all the emails as proof. I will have to take this further since the ******** way this case is being handled by Cell-C.
I'm a victim of a Blacklisted iPhone which I purchased from a Cell-C client privately. I bought two (2) phones from Mr. Cupido privately at the end of 2017, and when I recently return from my place of work abroad, I find that my phone device was somehow 'Blacklisted'.
After some research, I followed the instructions Cell-C gave me and I completed the affidavit at my local Police station, completed the forms they asked for and supp**** the proof of payment for the 2 iPhones I purchased.
Anyone can clearly see I am a victim here, and you are clearly punishing the wrong person by Blacklisting it. I legally obtained and paid for this phone, and I will prove so in a court of law.
This is a pre-paid phone and sim on which I do Sim-roaming when working abroad.
I need this device Un-blacklist now, I need this phone to communicate with my family in South Africa when working abroad.
No one is acting on this since lower placed managers do not know what to do or act on this – no real responses received. They just don't care.
Please email me, the only communication I now have.
Good afternoon Albert
