UN BLACKLISTING

What does cell c want from me ...i have went to the store with no assistance i then went to hello peter that's when they finally assisted me regarding my ITC, but know am back to square one again regarding the un blacklisting of my. i have said this numerals time to cell c i have ported my number over to telkom all i want is my for my phone to be unblocked thats all but i been told that they cant anything do anything regarding that but before have spoke to some people from the very same department who told me to fax and i will be assisted but know documents send and i was told 48 hrs for my phone to be unblocked but here i am i been told that they cant find anything under my ID NUMBER. I'm going to say this again my number is ported to Telkom that's why you guys cant find anything. DOCUMENT FAXED JUST UN BLACKLIST MY PHONE PLEASE .
