Un authorized Credit enquiry by CELL C

I have asked on numerous occasions for cell c to update the bureau, as I have a close a contract with them in 2020 but despite my request they still have not, and the more I call the contact center the more I'm being sent from pillar to post. I was contacted last week to be offered a contract and was advised that no credit enquiry will be done.... and I believe all calls are recorded when I ended the call the bureau sent an SMS to advised that a credit enquiry was made by Cell C. I want Cell c to correct my profile and also remove the un authorized enquiry under my name ... but NO Cell c customer service is .................................................................................
