Ultimatum was not met!!!

Cell C has yet to fail me once again. I have been having trouble with my signal for over 2 months. As i explained to the first consultant my signal disappears when i enter my house. They called back stating that the Boksburg tower was the problem. Yet i just work 1.8km up the road from my house and my signal is perfectly fine. I had to call a second time so someone who is capable of doing their job could assist me. I said i want a response in 48 hours. Yet i still haven't received a response... WHY AM I PAYING FOR A SERVICE I CAN'T USE???
