*****ulent Subscriptions - CELL C GetMore
This is regarding Cell C Get More. In August my premium suddenly went up with R200. I enquired why from Cell C and was told that I have subscribed to Cell C get more. I informed Cell C that I did not subscribe to anything, and I wanted to know who activated this on my account and who authorized it. Cell C said that I should contact Get More as they cannot access that on their systems. I contacted Get More: 21/10 - Launched investigation Ref ***. 23/10 Dineo - Investigation in progress ***. 28/10 Thumelo Escalated Investigation ***. 3/11 Spoke to Thumelo again was informed that they are still awaiting feedback. No one is providing feedback to me, and I am doing all the follow up. I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman as they committed ***** by deducting money from my account without my permission. I have given them ample time to investigate and rectify the matter.

14 Nov 2025, 17:12An agent did get in touch and I thought the issue would be resolved. The agent informed me that he would be on leave and will be in contact on Tuesday11/11. No problem I was informed and expected a call on 11/11 . We are now at 14/11 with no feedback or call. CAN I PLEASE GET THIS RESOLVED.
