*****ulent debit orders!

I am not a Cell C client for many years now. A *****ulent contract was open on December 2024 and my Bank account was hacked! Since January 2025 each month to date there are *****ulent debit order going off my account! The amount is from below R100 to R8953! I have contacted Cell C and advised that I go to a Cell C store to check. I went to Cell C Key west where JOSEPH MALEMA assisted me, and he could see on their side that debit orders are going through, yet they cannot tell from where, or what bank etc. He contacted Cell C ***** department for assistance, and I was told to to an affidavit at the police station which I have done in March 2025 already. I went back twice to Cell C Key West due to the debit orders still going off my account. SHRUG SHOULDERS Is all I am getting from them! Surely the ***** departments must be able to track and trace! What a disgrace from Cell C!
