*****ulent Contract under my name

I found out that l had a contract with Cellc which l had never opened, since April 2023 l have been contacting them regarding the matter and sent all documents they have requested but l am not getting any response. Now l am sitting with R70 in arrears on my credit score and is affecting me hence l am trying to buy a house and l have called and sent emails asking to be removed on the credit bureau but still today l am still there, l have been calling them every month since May 2023. Now ***** has been made under my name and they are not willing to resolve the matter and clear my name.
