*****ulent Contract Taken against me.

I am extremely disappointed by the Cell C store at Sandton City. I have a few contracts with Cell C acquired at that store.

However the most recent one was given to me *****ulently. I went to the store to enquire about a product for my niece since I was headed home soon. The store didn't have it and went elsewhere to get it.

I then get messages telling me that the store currently has the product but at that point I didn't need it. Time was off the essence. I notice the debit order a month later and have since informed my lawyers of this.

On Monday I am sending the affidavit to fully resolve this issue. When my contracts expire I highly doubt I'm gonna continue with this company. Really disappointed because this all started so well.
