*****ulent contract

2022 I contacted Cellc regarding a contract. I wasn't happy with the service and advised the agent not to proceed further and call me back. The agent proceeded with the contract *****ently and cellphone was sent to me. The phone was returned the next day and cellc assured me the contract will be canceled. I was then debited and till this day I am waiting for my refund. Now I am receiving calls that I have been handed over to New Debt Solutions as I owe Cellc money. I have been liasing with the contracts, cancelation and refund department since last year and have never received any feedback. This is so pathetic service from Cellc!!! How can I pay for a phone I never hand. I don't even have a contract with CellC. The customer service is pathetic and their staff are useless you just get transferred from 1 department to another! Will never associate myself with cellc in the future!

Bull****!!! This is the same story you feed all your clients!! Nobody returns any calls or emails but yourl are quick to call for money. Cellc is the most pathetic and useless service provider I have ever dealt with!

I am still awaiting feedback from your team. I have called Cell C again and was told that my line was permanently deactivated and my case has been closed but I have not yet received any feedback. Now I am receiving sms's from Nu Debt Solutions stating that I owe them money for telecommunications. The cellc supervisor refused to take my call and so did the supervisor at NuDebt Solutions. This is nonsense. I will not pay a cent to Cellc or NuDebt Solutions. Your services and staff are useless!!!! This is pathetic services for such a big company!!!!

I am now receiving sms's from cellc that I owe them money even after their agent sent me an email that the account has been credited. I was advised that the debt collectors will stop calling me however I am still receiving calls!!! This is becoming rather annoying!!!! I have even sent emails to cellc and there's no response. This is pathetic customer service.
