*****ulent cell phone contracts

My mother was offered a cell phone contract telephonically by Cell C and the phone was delivered to her, the monthly payment for recycled iPhone 8 is R400 however every month they increase the amount, the phone was blocked since 01/10/2024 and yet no payment has been skipped, we contacted Cell C via WhatsApp and obviously no solution because we are talking to a programmed robot, she’s been to Cell C maponya mall branch and annoyingly they fail to assist except to give her a phone to call customer care which is of no use because they take people for granted and are useless, up to now the phone is still blocked while they keep messaging up her bank account with random debit orders. I want Cell C to come collect their phone today at 515 Madondo street, Mofolo south, Soweto and cancel the *****ulent contract with immediate effect, Cell C is a ******* service provider, they prey on innocent elderly people, the CEO should account for this complaint and do as I say because my mother cannot continue to pay for services which she doesn’t get to enjoy, this is ***** and Cell C should be investigated and exposed, her number is ***

That’s a lie and I responded to Ofentse Khumalo when she sent an sms stating that she can’t get hold of my mother, no one called her so your staff should be ashamed of themselves, I wrote to your CEO DOUGLAS STEVENSON AND ADVISED THAT SHE IS CANCELLING THE DEAL WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, send your courier guys to get the phone, your robot Kelly on WhatsApp is now singing a different tune, my mother deposited R470 to her Standard Bank account on 05/11/2024 for a debit order to run on the 7th but because of your random deductions each month you caused unnecessary bank charges and this has messed up her account and you have to account for it, till today you have not sent her signed contract, why 😡😡😡 if you have nothing to hide, I want the name of the person who called her for the contract because something ***** is going on with her account, she is not the only one with an issue, her sister Patricia Ndima is suffering the same problem, her contract ended in August and her phone is paid up, but you extended it and her phone is blocked too, your appalling customer service towards black customers is on another level of ************** and it’s disgusting, collect your phone and continue doing excellent business with white customers

Dear Sindi Ndima,

We apologize for the frustration and confusion caused by these unresolved issues with your mother’s and her sister’s accounts.
We take your concerns seriously and are escalating your case to our senior team to ensure all outstanding matters, including unauthorized deductions, contract transparency, and recent service disruptions, are investigated and addressed.

To clarify the next steps, our team will prioritize reaching out directly to your mother at a convenient time for her. If possible, could you confirm an alternative number or preferred time so we can coordinate more effectively?

Additionally, we understand your request for a clear contract review and details on the contact person who managed the initial arrangement.

Kind regards,
