*****ulent Activity

I'm so angry....I've been receiving statements & notifications that I owe Cell C that the account is in arrears of which I've never opened any account with Cell C its clear that *****ulent activity happened using my details. I have no clue where they got my information. I don't have any device, the statement they sent the account was opened on the 22 Dec 2023.

Account Number for this it shows *** I did send email and I've tried calling Customer Service with no success it seems they ignore emails as well . The Cell no linked to this is ***. Please investigate who opened the account and did ***** under my name because this will affect my credit score.
