Someone took a CELL C contract at Cell C Clearwater here's the dealer code on my behalf, suspect it was one of Cell C employees as I already have and account there my question is how does a contract get even activated without me being there presenting my ID or anything.

I had an affidavit made and took it to the Fourways Cell C and they said they would follow up with the matter but they are still charging me for the amount of the contract and have not followed up with it.
