*****ulent account opened, Cell C giving run around

A *****ulent account was opened under my name, I only picked this up when I checked my credit score.

I have never enquired nor have I ever gone into a Cell C store to apply for a contract. I have jumped through each loophole and not once have I received a call back or an email other than an automated email that requests information that I have already sent.

For my own sanity I went to the department of home affairs and my identity had not been compromised, meaning that the credit vetting department at Cell C, did not do their due diligence.

My credit score keeps going down, while i fail to get any joy from Cell C, every time I call, I am given a new explanation, latest being that I have not sent the documents, even though they were acknowledges on email.

Imagine having to run around to resolve an issue that has nothing at all to do with you!? Cell C Customer service is a joke and the ***** team is even worse
