*****ulent Account

I’m so disappointed with Cell C. They’ve made my life so difficult. I had a *****ulent account opened with them and it took over a year for them to try and resolve it and still it’s causing troubles. They sent me a letter that it has been resolved and it went as far as SAFPS. A month ago I still received calls from Cell C that the same *****ulent account is in arrears and it also managed to appear on my Clear Score. At this point I don’t know what to do
