uknown ITC Account with DMC debt recover

<p>I have tried to get a hold of Cell C without any luck. I have been told that for the last 7 years my ITC has been affected adversly but nobody has any information nor how I owe that much. As far as I am aware I do not owe them, if I did that account must be about ten years old. Why am I still affected</p>
