UI19

<p>I was a cellc employee and resigned and later got a job where i got retrenched. I then went to apply for my UIF nd was told to submit some documents which included a ui19 form from my previous employers icluding Cellc. I called and spoke to Rakee Sigh and was told it would take 7 to 10 days and that was in july. I kept on sending emails but there was no reponse and when i called i was told the same story over and over again which is i would get it within 7 to 10 days. What really upsets me is that thats my money which i worked hard for and the level of incompitency from the department that is suppose to issue out the form is just simply annoying. </p>
