U now know why Cell C is in dire straits

I have come to the realisation why Cell C as a company is in deep financial crisis. Don't mistake their deals as good value, it is just a masquerade to try and keep afloat. My wife went to apply for a contract on 21st March at the above branch, no sense of friendliness or a smile, it is no fault of a client that the staff have to work on a holiday. Proceeded with application anyway. Solomon said we will receive feedback in 24 hours. 3 working days in that week had passed and nothing. Went in on Sat and still received no feedback, asked for application to be cancelled. I have to say the staff attitude at this branch is beyond appalling. The company will start turning profit when staff give excellent service. Your guy Solomon at Randburg Square has no people skills, you'd think he pays to smile or have some courtesy. he is a HR blunder. As good as your contract offers might be, I'd rather go elsewhere where a trickle of service is better than what you get at this branch
