And I called again today spoke to servaral agents who took me from pillar to post. And final Phillimon assisted me to upgrade only to load the incorrect package. Not what we agreed on. Called spoke to Veronica who told me her teamleader is on sick leave so I have to wait for Phillimon to call me back.. Am paying for services that I can't use. Please fix the matter urgently
