I have sent the below email to cell c and till today I haven't had a response it is the most ****tiest service provider the customer service is the worse ever......The agent even went to an extentof giving me an incorrect email address which is ***

I have a complaint against cell c as my sim stopped working on the 01/10/2019 and when I called in today I was told that I need to process a Sim swap as no-one is aware of what happened because it's showing as active and I was advised that I will be charged R50 for that to be than. I told the agent I was speaking with which was named Thapelo that I'm not willing to pay for something that's not of my fault and Thapelo said that the charge will be waived off but I need to call the accounts department for that to be done so I asked for him to add a note on my account regarding this and he said that it won't help, than asked to speak to a manager a stupid manager named Thato who doesn't know that he need to allow the customer to speak and speak while I'm speaking he was very rude and he doesn't know what his doing. Can you please get this matter sorted as this has inconvenienced me, if not than I will be forced to take further actions as I currently do not have a phone I'm unable to do anything and it's been 3 days already.
