They are full of ****, i first called customer service and told me to go to store and i will be helped to do the simswap, and when i got there i got this lady with stinky attitude and told me there is no way they going to help me cos i cant recall the last three numbers i called, and its not like i was starting over i just wanted to change the simcard to use the nano sim.and i called the customer center again and Ntebaleng Motsepe told me to just buy another phone, as if she gonna give me the money to do that. Mind that i have a contract with them how will i commit froud with my own ID and the numbers ive been using for years.....im ****ed off right as we speak when i check the money ive used going up and down just for a mear simswap
