****ty service and custumer care

Cell C will always find ways to disappoint and raise one's pressure to a boiling point, both with their services and customer care. I called mid of November to inform them I am no longer employed, so there might be some months when my payment would be late as it happened for October's payment. Most importantly I needed them to cancel the debit order on my account cause there won't be money coming in as long as I'm unemployed. The guy I spoke to told me he would need to open a ticket for some other department to call me and they would be able to assist. They were supposed to call me atleast two days after according to him, but till today I have not recieved any call. Instead I recieved a call from one of their consultants who was very rude asking why payment was not made, at this time some money had come into my account and they had deducted they owed amount. I told her money was already deducted the week before and she said 'no payment was made and she is going to suspend my line' which she did. I called again the following week, inquiring about my blocked line, even though they had taken their money from my account, the guy I spoke to apologized and re-opened my line. I asked him about the department that was supposed to have come back to me more than a week ago, he says, 'he can see that the ticket was logged, but he doesn't know why no one has called me back'. I ask him to log another ticket then, he says he will. Now this is the third week and still nothing. A debit order went off my account end of Nov, there was no money there. I called them cause this was the very thing I wanted to avoid as they charge R70 for failed debit order. I got a statement today which includes that R70, I am already going to be struggling to pay the initial amount, now I will have R70 extra. I have called these people as supposed to, I have a retrenchment letter and I am not sayimg I wont pay but I would like to pay by transfer cause theres no money going into my account every month end as before. So this is going to be a continuous thing??? I dont even think I should pay the R70 included, I called them before they drew statements, its their incompetence that they went ahead with a debit whilst I had no funds
