I thought cell c was a good service provide but i guess i was wrong i made a payment on the 6th of July 2022 with an amount of R335 via easy pay and i have to call the customer care every after 3 days for lines to be activated as its being deactivated all the time....the supervisors on the floor are not helpful at all been asking them to allocate the payment since the 7th and they not doing so...i have also sent POP to BMbozi ,NokuthulaP no joy....spoke to Mmapula today she was not will to activate line but she can see the POP and I spoke to a supervisor Amanda who does not seem to know what she is doing i need to be assisted ASAP
