<p>I have just spoken to a consultant by the name of Portia and she just hung up on my ear as i was talking to her, I am vey upset with Cell c, they cannot help me with my sim swap, it's now the 2nd day requesting for this and i am still not assisted. </p> <p>To put the cherry on top, their agent puts the phone down on my ear as I am talking to her.</p> <p>Cell C is running a circus and i feel sorry for people who still want to joing this **** network</p>
Sincere apologies for the unsatisfactory service and inconvenience caused.
It is disappointing to learn that the agent did not conduct herself in a professional manner and did not offer the service and expected.
This will be addressed with the team manager to have this kind of behavior rectified.
