I had the worst experience with cell c customer service and they ***** your minutes that you bought.. called in on the 18/07/2024 around 2;40pm spoke to Lungelo the guy sounded flat on the line then he said he would get back to mw which he did however we got disconnected didn't attempt to call me back . I called back spoke to Khanyisile same thing happened , she called back and kept quiet .. is this what customer service should be like ? 😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
