Two weeks now, no payment allocation

It has been two weeks now and my payment has not yet been allocated, waiting for AR Escalations to give feedback a week now, I have been following up and I spoke to two teams leaders already and none of them came back to me, I resent pop documents yesterday and no feedback - Where is my payment? it has been two weeks
