two weeks no phone

I've been trying to apply for a contract with Cell c for over a year and now that it has been approved I asked for a Huawei P8 and was told they are out of stock I will get the device by Friday 30 October. today I called and was told I am they still do not have the devices they might get them next week. come on guys now you are forcing me to cancel this contract
