two weeks and still no feed back from Patrick

Hi Cell c<br> <br> It has been two weeks and a half waiting for feed back from either Patrick or his supervisor so we can put my query to bed, and it is the 3rd time i am logging a complaint about Patrick i sent him numerous emails and no response. his every *********** as my last request i want his manager to give me a call, or if cell C is not interested in resolving my query rather i get my lawyers involved,this is the last time I am logging a complaint against Cell C from now on my lawyer will handle it
