Two months waiting for a phone
So I’m writing a second complain about the same issue.it’s been 2 months I am waiting for a phone I had app**** for and was later told it is out of stock and awaiting delivery.I waited and decided to check now today and was told Samsung had told cell c that the watches won’t be delivered so to cancel orders or tell clients to order different devices.Eugene Green never called me and told me any of that.when I called today they told me I need to order for the same device without the watch fortune same price.I feel it’s not fair given the fact that I waited 2 months for all this bad service to be told to buy the same phone for expensive price with bad service and incompetence of the staff.I am not happy

14 Jan 2021, 17:21I am still interested in the same phone but my problem is u guys still want to sell me the same phone that was on special with a watch at the same amount without the watch while there was another special of the phone that ran mid off december I could have had that also but no one told me about it
