Two months to get a watch?

I started a new contract with Cell C two months ago... And I already want to cancel. You guys seriously need to change your courier company because they are terrible. I waited three weeks to get my phone and am now of two months to get my watch... When will you guys actually deliver this watch? I have emailed and phone and the customer service has never been there. No one cares. As soon as I can cancel this contract, I will.
