Two ********** contracts

I am writing this review on behalf of my sister. Cell C has opened two contracts in her name which was taken up **********ly. She went to the store to report the matter after receiving an sms from her old absa acc which she uses every now and then to state that two debit orders are to be going off. Luckily there was no funds in the acc and nothing was deducted but these two ********** contracts are now on her ITC, which will affect her negatively. She has called in several times with no help. This is pathetic as she was informed by the agent at the store that they are not sure as to what happened. The employment details are not hers, the banking details are not hers which shows this is an inside job as she had previously had a contract with cell c but many years ago. These contracts were taken out at a jet store
