Two days no respond

Good day.<br> <br> Why must i always struggle with Cell C to get response. I don't like to write to hello peter before you respond.<br> <br> I upgrade with you online. You send me a phone that dosen't take the same size simcard i have. I phone you for a sim swap on wensday, the call centre take the simcard rica number and said to me that i can expect a call from your guys in the next 8 hours. <br> <br> Well it is friday now and i still don't receive any call from you. In fact i phone two times again, yesterday and this morning.<br> <br> Come on Cell C, you have to get your house in order. You waste time etc.
