Two contracts on my name which are not mine

Hi. The last time I had a contract with you guys was easily over 6 years ago which was a cell phone contract. This contract played out its course to which I moved over to Telkom and have been with since.

For almost a year now I have receiving numerous calls from your legal department as well as some attorneys, and they keep on informing me that I have two contracts with you guys, one from 2016 and one from 2019. They further have informed me that I owe money on these two contracts.

This has been harassment for some time as I have no contracts with you and no one has been able to submit me with any signed proof. Last year money was deducted from my account which I have been reversing as well.

Further to this, your legal department informed me that they will be submitting this to the credit bureau, and in turn, now I have a bad credit rating and not able to take out any credit.

Someone needs to urgently contact me and sort this out!
