I encountered extremely bad service from Cell C when my phone was replaced with another phone, which was faulty. Riaan de Wet then stepped in and apologized for the way my problem was handled, and offered me a new phone. This is more than I ever expected. Thank you Riaan, I really appreciate your help - without your intervening I would stay a very unhappy client. When I went to collect the phone, I was assisted by Masego, and again I was surprised by her professional and helpful attitude. Thank your Riaan and Masego, your service was great!
