TSHIAMO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT !
I was really struggling to resolve a recent issue I had and kept being transferred through to department after department - but eventually came through to a kind young man by the name of Tshiamo from the support team - who firstly acknowledged everything I said from the get go and proactively took initiative to resolve my issue - and secondly managed to guide me and answer all questions I had . Very warming , calm , great customer relations and services received from this guy . He restored my trust in the brand and deserves to be seen as knowledge champion 🤩
