Trying to take out a contract is impossible

I'm finding it extremely difficult to take out a contract with cell c. I tried to order online and for some reason after multiple attempts, I cannot get the order placed. I requested a call back and someone called me this morning and then put me on hold for 15 minutes and then the call dropped and I haven't heard anything since. I refuse to go to a shop as I don't need assistance on what to choose as I know what I want, I just need the order to be placed. Why does it have to be so difficult
