Trying to run a business with no network service at all.
Here is the email I sent to Glocell, about my horrific service received. After three weeks of emails back and fourth with no result. Morning Rene’, I tried to convey my displeasure with the service I received from Glocell this morning by calling your Customer Service Centre. I waited for twenty minutes before my call was answered. Then in the middle of my call got cut off.
I was advised by you that Cell C asked me to replace my sim card. I travelled all the way to Glocell WestWood, to find out that my sim card was in fact a new blue one and functional. What else do I have to do to get service in my area??? I am a loyal Cell C client for at least 15 years. You take my money every month, if I don’t pay then you would cut me off and level charges against me. What about my distress? I’m trying to run a business from home. I have no network coverage at all. If you look at my average usage over the passed six months, you will see that my current month is almost zero.
My contract only ends next year March. Does this mean that I must deal with the service I’m getting from Cell C until then? What about Cell C paying me back for the service I don’t have no1. No2 paying me out for the business lost since I arrived in Durban a month ago? No3 Reimbur*****t for travelling costs to Westwood for nothing?
I have no other recourse but to report on the absolutely shocking service I’ve received on HelloPeter.
