Trying to get to there legal department

Someone phoned me yesterday and said they were from cell c and would like my ID no. because they want to give me some info on my contract. I said i will not give my ID no over the phone as i don't know where you are calling from. An hour later my cell no was suspended, I have been trying to phone the legal phone no.( ********** 200) and get the message that this no. does not exit. I have phoned there call centre 3 times today 23/08/2017 and they have put me through and have spent 40 min listening to music. This is pathetic
