Trying to get a contract cancelled

Name: Ray Naidoo<br> <br> Firstly, i have been trying to cancel my Cell C contract fro some time now and everytime the call me to say i have qualified for an upgrade i request them them to cancel my contract. the consultants always say they will get someone to call me back and they never do. <br> <br> Secondly Cell C does not have the contract cancellation number on thier website, so i tried calling thier custom care line and all the command prompts take you a dead end.<br> <br> Thirdly, i called thier sales and new contracts number and they picked up withi ten seconds, that where i got the cancellation number 084143. now everytime i call that number nobody answers and there is no way of cancelling my contract which i dont need any more and have not needed fro some time now. <br> <br> and every month they debit my order and if i dont put money in my account the bank will charge my for unpaid debits, so its become a catch 22 situation and Cell C is actually ripping me off. <br> <br> i thinks is really frustrating as a consumer when big companies drive sales with such effiecincy and yet after sales support is invisible. <br> <br> i hope that putting a complaint on this website will assist me in cancelling my contract<br>
