Trying to cancel my contract

Can anyone assist me on how to cancel my contract - I have been trying this year but to no avail! Every time the local outlet and call centre says they will cancel but nothing happens.

I have phoned again today and had to hold on for more than 15 minutes - wasting my airtime!
