TRYING TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

I logged a complain on the 9 October 2017 on hello Peter I got a call the same day from a guy called MEROPENG MOTANA. he asked me security questions I answered him only to find out he won't be able to ASSIST he has no clue of my cancellation queries fine he said he will look in to it he will call me back I asked him when are you going to call me back give me a time will it be in 48 hours or what he assured me no I will call you be for 4 o clock today as in 9 October 2017 what a joke two days later no call from this guy that doesn't no how to do his job listen here cell c I want this contract cancelled been trying since 31-07-2017 catch a awake up listen to the calls even before the 31-07-2017 then call me with feedback.
